Contracts are the foundation of modern commerce, defining the critical and often rapidly evolving nature of relationships between businesses and their customers, suppliers, and partners. But many business leaders fail to understand the dynamic role that contracts can and should play on an ongoing basis. In February 2020, Icertis commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate how mature firms are leveraging contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology to address unique business problems. Forrester conducted a global online survey of 329 contract management strategy decision makers, as well as eight interviews, to explore this topic. The study began in May 2020 and was completed in June 2020.
