
In Sweden, we polled over 50 respondents, spread across sizes of organisation from 100-199, 200-349 and 350-499 employees in a wide array of sectors, led by retail (15%), hospitality (13%), banking/finance/investment/accounting (13%) and insurance (11%). Almost four-fifths of respondents worked in IT operations and all had influence on IT buying decisions. By comparing Swedish respondents’ answers with those of peers we can reach an even deeper understanding of the needs, desires and frustrations of midsized businesses in the country.
