Thriving Amid Uncertainty

New national research from the Center for Digital Govern-ment (CDG) shows growing focus among state and local government officials on improving network performance, reliability and flexibility.

CDG surveyed 147 state and local government leaders and decision-makers to understand how IT modernization will support their transition to the post-COVID-19 “next normal.” The survey focused on the role of network infrastructure and cyber security in that transition, as well as the challenges jurisdictions face when optimizing their networks for modernization efforts.
