In March 2022, Dell Technologies commissioned Forrester Consulting to survey console buyers and users, exploring their needs and expectations for ITaaS for cloud management. To explore this topic, Forrester conducted an online survey with 514 global IT, cloud, and infrastructure and operations decision-makers responsible for their organizations’ cloud and infrastructure strategies. This study shows there are many opportunities for ITaaS partners to better deliver a seamless cloud management experience and improve service outcomes via a unified console.
