IDC tried to capture the customer’s voice by performing a web-based survey of over 300 SAP customers in nine countries, seeking the views of SAP customers who are contemplating, preparing for, or have already implemented a new ERP — SAP S/4HANA. In parallel to the study, IDC conducted in-depth interviews with nine organizations that already are living with S/4HANA, which provided valuable feedback on the basis of their experience — the S/4HANA business case during and after implementation.
